I am a firm believer in education and staying on the cutting edge of orthopedic manual skills, muscle energy techniques, spinal mobilization, fascial stretching, and dry needling. I am skilled in identifying your underlying musculoskeletal issues and treating the cause, not just your symptoms. I graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Los Angeles, California in 1987 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy. I am also bilingual and can provide all services in Spanish.

 

I am an outdoor enthusiast. I love hiking, mountain biking, and boating at nearby lakes, and enjoy being at the beach in Mexico with my husband and two children. We also love traveling to our children's Basketball and Volleyball tournaments….. we are their biggest fans!
